Helicopter Technician (m/f/d)

Location: Heliport, LOJE – Erpfendorf

Your tasks

  • Maintenance, repair, fault analysis, and functional testing of AS350/H125 B3, Bell 412, and Super Puma helicopters (and other fleet components as applicable)
  • Performance of scheduled inspections, maintenance work in accordance with manufacturer specifications (ACS/SSR, ADs, SBs, Service Bulletins), as well as unscheduled repairs
  • Troubleshooting (mechanical, hydraulic, avionics, engines/propulsion systems) and fault rectification in close coordination with CAMO, Maintenance, and Operational Control
  • Preparation, execution, and documentation of checks, test bench tests, boil-off checks, and TBO/CMZ monitoring
  • Assistance in the creation and updating of technical documentation, work instructions, and checklists
  • Participation in technical audits, ensuring compliance with aviation safety and quality standards
  • Preparation of maintenance reports, documentation of parts and spare parts requirements, and ordering of materials
  • Participation in continuous improvement processes, failure analysis, and root cause investigation to increase fleet reliability
  • Collaboration with CAMO, regulatory authorities, and suppliers; training of new team members and support for on-the-job training
  • Ensuring the availability of spare parts, tools, and special equipment; compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations

Your profile

  • Completed technical training in an aviation-related field (e.g., metalworking, aircraft/aerospace engineering, mechatronics) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the maintenance and repair of helicopters, ideally AS350/H125 B3, Bell 412, Super Puma, or comparable models
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical/avionics, engines, and aircraft instrumentation
  • Familiarity with aviation documentation, technical manuals, work instructions, and NAV or manufacturer databases
  • Certifications in accordance with relevant aviation regulations (e.g., EASA Part-145 equivalent, depending on the company’s legal status; maintenance licenses/qualifications as applicable)
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to work, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills (documentation, communication)
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call duty, depending on scheduling -Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP/Maintenance-
  • Physical stamina and willingness to travel for cross-location assignments
