They coordinate helicopters, crews and customers, organize international operations and create the conditions that enable our teams to perform their tasks safely, efficiently and professionally.
Whether passenger flights, external load operations, aerial firefighting, film and photography missions or international special operations – you maintain a clear overview at all times and ensure that every detail is taken care of.
Working closely with pilots, technical operations, CAMO, Ground Operations and our management team, you make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

Your Responsibilities
As a Flight Operations Dispatcher, you will coordinate and support our daily flight operations.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Planning and dispatching helicopter missions
- Scheduling aircraft and flight crews
- Coordinating domestic and international flight operations
- Monitoring aircraft and crew availability
- Coordinating maintenance windows with CAMO and Maintenance
- Organising ferry flights and obtaining international operating permits
- Flight preparation and preparation of operational flight documentation
- Monitoring weather conditions, NOTAMs and operational restrictions
- Arranging hotels, rental vehicles and crew logistics
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers before, during and after operations
- Maintaining continuous communication with pilots, operational bases and customers
- Supporting emergency and crisis situations in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
Who We Are Looking For
You remain calm under pressure and work in a structured, solution-oriented and customer-focused manner.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in flight dispatch, flight operations coordination or the aviation industry
- Previous helicopter operations experience is an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An independent and well-structured approach to work
- A customer-focused mindset
- Excellent German language skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern IT systems
Knowledge of AOC operations, flight planning or aviation software is considered an advantage but is not essential.
