As Head of Flight Operations (NPFO), you will take on a key leadership role within our company.
Together with a dedicated management team, you will continuously develop our flight operations, promote the highest safety standards and create the conditions that enable our crews to deliver outstanding performance every day.
You combine operational experience with strategic thinking and actively shape the future of a modern, Europe-wide helicopter company.

Who We Are Looking For
You are an experienced aviation professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing both people and organizations.
Ideally, you will have:
- EASA CPL(H) or ATPL(H)
- Experience in commercial helicopter operations
- Sound knowledge of the EASA Air Operations Regulations
- Previous experience as Chief Pilot, Deputy NPFO or NPFO
- Excellent German and English language skills
- A commercial mindset combined with a collaborative and people-oriented leadership style
