Kitzbühel, December 1, 2022 – Kitz-Air GmbH, a leading aviation company in the Alpine region, today announces the order of three additional Airbus AS350 B3e helicopters. With this step, the company is consistently focusing on growth and modernization of its fleet in order to meet the increasing demands in the fields of heavy lifting, transport, assembly, passenger flights, firefighting, and heli-skiing.
The AS350 B3e – also known as the H125 – is one of the most powerful single-engine helicopters in its class and is particularly well suited for high-altitude operations, cargo transport, and demanding flight conditions. With this new acquisition, Kitz-Air GmbH’s operational fleet will grow in 2025 to a total of four AS350 B3 aircraft, one PZL W-3 Sokół, and one EC145.
